By booking a scrap pickup or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

ScrapUncle TheScrapwala provides doorstep scrap collection services in Gurgaon for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. We purchase recyclable materials, including paper, plastic, metal, old vehicles, batteries, and other approved scrap categories. All services are subject to availability and location confirmation.

• Scrap rates are based on current market conditions and may vary.

• Final pricing is determined after on-site inspection and digital weighing.

• Payment is made immediately after weight confirmation via cash or online transfer.

• Rates once agreed upon at pickup cannot be disputed later.

We use digital weighing machines for transparency and accuracy. Customers are encouraged to be present during the weighing process. The weight displayed at the time of pickup will be considered final.

• Pickup timings are scheduled based on availability.

• Same-day pickup is subject to slot availability.

• Customers must ensure scrap is accessible at the scheduled time.

• In case of cancellation, prior notice is appreciated.

• Provide accurate information regarding scrap type and quantity.

• Ensure materials are legally owned and authorized for sale.

• Not include hazardous, restricted, or illegal materials in scrap unless previously discussed.

We reserve the right to refuse service if materials do not meet our policies.

We do not accept:

• Hazardous chemicals

• Medical waste

• Illegal materials

• Stolen goods

• Any items restricted under local laws

If any such material is found, service may be declined immediately.

ScrapUncle TheScrapwala is not responsible for:

• Loss or damage caused before pickup.

• Inaccurate information was provided by the customer

• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.)

Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the scrap purchased during the transaction.

Users must not misuse the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Gurgaon, Haryana.
